Fitness Expertise Since 2008: With over a decade of experience, I am a certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor, specializing in weight management and nutrition.

Mind-Body Connection Specialist: As a Mind-Body Coach, I delve into the intricate connection between mental and physical well-being. My focus is on uncovering the root causes of challenges, offering a comprehensive approach to wellness.

Transformational Therapist:  Trained in NLP, Life Coaching, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapies, I guide individuals through overcoming mental and emotional hurdles.

My expertise extends to:

Weight Loss: Tackling weight loss from both a mental and physical perspective, I help clients achieve sustainable and enduring results by addressing the root of the issue.

The aim of my work is to help people make changes in their lives through supportive guidance. The information I offer on this website is based on my life and work experience as a holistic coach and therapist, personal trainer and nutrition advisor.

My focus is on holistic approach to our wellbeing and although I cannot guarantee the outcome of my recommendations, I always exercise my best skills, care and professional effort to all my clients.

Booking a therapy session

Ready to embark on your transformative journey? Booking a therapy session is simple:

1. Contact Form:  Fill in the contact form on this website to express your interest in a session. Once received, I'll promptly reach out to schedule an appointment.

2. Confirmation and Form: After our appointment is set, I'll send you a form to complete. Any questions you have can be directed to me at any time.
 

Session Details:

Virtual Sessions:  Our sessions take place via video call on platforms like Google Meet, Skype, Whatsapp, or Teams.

Duration:  Each session is designed to be thorough and impactful, lasting 1 hour.

Payment: To secure your session, kindly make the payment at least 24 hours before our scheduled start time. 

Local Clients (Czech Republic):  Payments can be made via bank transfer. I will provide you with the necessary bank details for a smooth transaction.

International Clients:  For those residing outside the Czech Republic, payment options include both bank transfer (with provided IBAN details) and PayPal. Clear instructions will be sent to guide you through the process.

 

Cancellation Policy:

Should the need arise to cancel or reschedule, please notify me at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. This allows me to offer the time to other clients. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will incur a charge equal to 100% of the reserved service amount.



1 hour session fee is approximately 60 USD, 55 EUR, or 50 GBP.       
                             

A therapy session can be conducted in either Czech or English
